Welcome to the World Air Games 2011

The success of the bidding process for the World Air Games 2009 contributed to a rapid increase in the interest shown by media and potential host cities/regions for this spectacular, three-dimensional event. The FAI Executive Board therefore decided to change the World Air Games to a 2-year cycle and to launch the bidding process for the World Air Games 2011 on
15 November 2007.
